Final pricing for service and support is quoted on a client to client basis. General costs are subject to the amount of computers, servers, printers and users at your site.
Initial cost for new computers, servers, equipment and network setup is a one time fee.
A yearly support/service agreement is required to maintain and support computers, servers, software, network, printers and users. *See below.
Yearly Support/Service agreement pricing based on the amount of users per site:
1 = 995.00 /2 hours non support
2 = 1495.00 /4 hours non support
3 = 1995.00 /6 hours non support
4 = 2495.00 /8 hours non support
5 = 2995.00 /10 hours non support
6 = 3495.00 /12 hours non support
7 or more = Call for pricing
Yearly Support/Service agreement includes but is not limited to the following:
Unlimited Phone Support | Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm. After hours per request.
Unlimited Remote Support | We connect to your computer through the Internet.
On Site Support – applied toward hours included.
Travel Time – applied toward hours included. After which, travel is rated at .50 cents per mile.
